History
Celia is a petite woman in her 70s who has only been Senior Weyrwoman since the death of her only-slightly-older predecessor in 2750, and as she says often, "Vesta kept the damn place until they had to shovel her between, and you're gonna have to pry it from my cold, dead hands." She was the one who did most of the work as Vesta aged, and she's not bad at it, but nobody's entirely sure how it is that Oraceth manages to keep rising and keep her in this position.
She has some number of children that is upwards of five but professes somehow to forget both their number and their names on a regular basis; they were all fostered. As a rule, she's much more interested in talking about her much younger Weyrleader than the brewing troubles outside the Weyr, and nobody's entirely sure if she's capable of managing in these troubling times. But she's not retiring.
