Description
Lanky, leggy, long-limbed; however you want to describe him, Fl'zyr is definitely of the beanpole variety, being slender, svelte and 6'2. His skin is lightly dusky and his eyes are a honey-flecked shade of brown, wide and expressive in his open, lightly freckled face. Despite the slender slope of his nose and the well-defined, cupid's bow of his lips, the rider's features are often overlooked for that exquisite mop of hair set atop his head; copper-streaked curls of a luscious dark chocolate shade tumble haphazardly around his face.
Personality
Fl'zyr is the sort of person people seek out when they need comfort, reassurance, or just a nice word or two. He's one of those genuinely nice guys who likes to do what he can to make people happy, and who's about as selfless as they come. His aim in life is to please and he has the habit of living for others rather than for himself, which isn't always necessarily the best thing for him. It's his lifemate, Fayth, who often reminds him that he needs to take himself into consideration. He's got eclectic taste (that's impeccable in his own opinion) and has always had a habit of collecting interesting things - Fayth echoes this, and so the two of them have a considerable amount of clutter in their weyr, not to mention in Fl'zyr's store.
He's very keen on champagne and will either have just had some, or will be in the near vicinity of a bottle. His natural flamboyance is emphasized after a few drinks.
While he gives so much of himself to others by being a warm, loving friend, Fl'zyr does want something for himself - he's at a point in his life where he wants to settle down with the man of his dreams (or close enough will do!), and he's broody as a mother hen.

History
Igen blood pumps through his veins, as it has in the many generations of his family before him. Flaezyr was born in Igen Hold, in 2725, the second child of what would end up being four for his parents, Weaver Flarell and his wife, Zykinah. His father was posted to Igen Weyr shortly after Flaezyr turned eight, and the young lad quickly fell in love with his new surroundings.
He joined the Weavers, just like his father, when he was 12. Apprenticed under his dad, he too took on the specialty of cutting and tailoring, learning to work with many different styles of both design and fabrics as he progressed to the rank of junior Journeyman, aged 20.
Flaezyr was in a relationship with a young bluerider when Dilanth lay what was to be her last clutch - though of course they didn't know it at the time. It was the encouragement of his boyfriend that persuaded Flae to Stand; they fluffed about a bit by saying that his dragon chose him and the Weaver was soon inducted into Candidacy. When the Hatching rolled around, in the early days of 2746, the 21-year old was found by his delicate little Fayth and became Fl'zyr. Their weyrlinghood went as well as could be expected and once he'd graduated, Flae returned to his craft, albeit in a lesser capacity than before. He still offered tailoring services when requested, but, spurred on by Fayth, he expanded into the fabric and finished clothing business. Marks were earned in whatever way they could be and saved towards one major goal - opening a store of their own (because Fayth laid claim to it as much as Flae did) in the Trader's Square.
It was in 2754 that they finally had the means to open their little eclectic boutique, which has since branched out to not only include clothing designed and made by Fl'zyr and others, but anything else that catches the eye of the rider (or his dragon).

Physical
Curves, curves, curves; Fayth is all about the curves, all bedecked with the joys of spring like a rustic goddess. Sweet pistachio defines the curve of her muzzle and headknobs, kohl'd darkness marked beneath her whirling eyes and dragged back towards slender, gold-flecked headknobs. Magnolia whorls down the underside of her petal-dusted belly and the inside of her slender legs down to sunny skies blue talons, the slightest hint of rosiness blushing her flanks. Subtle Persian melon marbles the sensual swerve of her sashayable hips, crenshaw's sweetness coursing down the slender length of her tail to the pepino-dusted tip. The vast expanse of her satiny wings is daubed in the juiciest honeydew, mottled with casaba over each delicate spar and fading into cantaloupe on her frilled trailing edges.
Personality
If Pern had fairy princesses, Fayth would be exactly that. She's a sassy lady, based off Tinkerbell; she's girly, adorable, loves Fl'zyr and often reminds him that he needs to look after himself more than everyone else.

Sparkling, effervescent - and with an element that sometimes makes you feel like you need to sneeze, as if you've just been showered with pixie dust.
