Description
Sabria is perhaps a tinge taller than the average woman, standing roughly at 5'8". While her general body type is thin, muscle can be seen along her arms and shoulders. Her hair is a dark black in color with her eyes a lighter shade of brown. Her hair is perhaps the most notable feature for this woman, as it's cut extremely short. It's both a convenience as a rider, as well as when she's a Smith. The only length to her hair is along her forehead, as her bangs hold a light curly spike to them.
Her face is generally pretty, with a strong chin, and perhaps a slightly snubbed nose.
Like many residents of Igen, Sabria wears loose linen clothes. Today she wears a simple pair of linen pants, deep blue in color, with a matching linen shirt. The only contrast to her outfit is a fitted brown vest that laces along both sides. Brown boots finish off her outfit, for this day, and offer protection against the elements.
Sabria looks to be 32 years, 1 month, and 10 days old.
History
Sabria was born and raised at Telgar Hold. Her mother was a cook while her father was a stationed Harper. Sabria is the oldest of their four children, with one sister, and the rest brothers. While her father would have liked Sabria to go into his craft, thankfully (for Sabria at least), she couldn't carry a tune. Instead Sabria found her interests aligning with the Smith Craft.
While it seemed there weren't many women in the Smith Craft, eventually Sabria was made an apprentice. After the long haul (as an apprentice) Sabria eventually became a journeyman at 22. It was then that she started to think about what subcraft she was going to focus on. Eventually she settled upon jewelry making - while she loved generalized metal smithing (repairing and crafting household items) she also liked to create things just for their prettiness.
It was at the age of twenty-four that her world would once again be turned upside down. After being assigned to Igen Weyr, Sabria was searched for a current clutch. While she was one of the older candidates, she readily accepted. Never expecting to impress, Sabria none the less impressed to a blue dragon by the name of Chinth. Weyrlinghood wasn't as terrible as some made it out to be, possibly because of the strength she had from her crafting. While currently in the Rescue Wing, Sabria still finds -alot- of time to spend with her craft. She's uncertain if thread will return, but Chinth seems certain it will.
