Imagine sometime between the 1700s and 1800s, as a general rule, and sort of extrapolate from there.
We have:
Paper, in quantity, produced largely in Lemos.
Manual and steam-operated rotary printing presses, with the latter just entering wider usage recently and providing printed materials to the masses. Most bulk printing is done at Harper Hall; other areas are likely to have at least manual printers.
The cotton gin, and similar era agricultural equipment.
Distance-writers - basically, telex equipment, although only larger areas are now wired for it.
Telescopes and other astronomical equipment.
Fountain pens.
Industrial textiles—linen, cotton, and wool fabrics are being produced in bulk, the former two primarily in South Boll, the latter more up towards Telgar and High Reaches.
Manual-powered sewing machines.
We do not have:
Motorized vehicles — The cost of metal is more of a barrier than the technology. Plus, when you already have teleporters…
Computers — Although people remember AIVAS, computers just aren't meant to last for several thousand years, and nobody yet has figured out how to make them again.
Telephones — Although the technology probably exists for it, the infrastructure doesn't.
Firearms — Explosives are known, but generally only for mining and the like, not on that kind of small scale.
